Royal Supply in Wichita, KS is looking to hire a year round, full time, HVAC Technician to install and repair Manufactured Housing Heating and Air Conditioning systems. NO ON CALL, NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS!!!

Here at Royal we are known as the place to find doors, windows, skirting, setup supplies, trim, hardware, electrical, and HVAC parts/equipment specific to Manufactured Housing. We currently sell both Carrier and Revolv A/C condensing units, evaporator coils, furnaces, and parts to the majority of the Communities in Central and Western Kansas as well as parts of Nebraska.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort should be your top priority. You will help guide and advise the customer to select the most appropriate air quality system to fulfill their specific requirements. Ideal candidates will be patient and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Cross training to be of assistance as needed for our warehouse and counter sales as necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers\' requirements.
• Assisting with customers\' queries.

HVAC Technician Requirements:

• EPA Certification or the ability to obtain it.
• High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
• 6mo - 1 year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends to complete the job.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
