Strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn the HVAC trade
Dependable, punctual, and ready to work outdoors in all conditions
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification

Ability and desire to learn and grow in this industry.
Be able to lift at least 25-50lbs frequently and up to 75lbs occasionally
Be willing to attend training classes
Be willing to obtain appropriate certs & licenses
Possess good communication skills
