Client Reception and Communication - Serve as the first point of contact for individuals visiting or calling the agency by greeting clients, answering phones, providing general information, and directing inquiries to appropriate staff or services
Administrative and Records Management - Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties including processing documents, maintaining accurate electronic records, and ensuring compliance with agency procedures for data entry and document handling
Program Support and Applicant Screening - Assist with benefit program operations by registering applications and supporting caseworkers in the coordination of client services
Requirements:High School Diploma or GED
Associate's degree preferred with coursework in subjects such as social work, human services, social or behavioral science, business or related field
Valid driver's license
Bilingual in Spanish is required
