We are hiring a human resources/payroll manager to oversee administrative functions of payroll, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff, and serve as a liaison between management and employees. Key responsibilities include managing payroll and benefits, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive work environment through employee relations and conflict resolution.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
making sure all time is accurate and preparing payroll timely
administer payroll and manage benefits programs
address employee complaints and concerns and mediate conflicts
maintain and implement company policies
ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
recruiting and screening for job openings including conducting interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
assist with managing and ordering of office supplies
as part of the accounting team, other regular data entry duties will be expected
any other tasks deemed necessary by management
Previous payroll experience is required. Must be able to multi-task, work under deadlines, and have strong interpersonal and leadership skills in dealing with management and employees. Will be working and dealing with all levels of the company structure so an outgoing personality and the ability to work well with others is important.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
