Job Description


Overview

Reports to: Human Resources Systems Administrator

Functions Supervised: None

Primary Functions: Responsible for the coordination of functions related to the Human Resources systems and technology team support.

Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform HR system user account password resets, system locked account resets, and SSO troubleshooting support.

  • Maintain Human Resources office printer/printing supply inventory and maintenance.
  • Monitor and review employee role changes daily to ensure the appropriate security roles are assigned to users.
  • Assist when team members experience issues with assigned technology and equipment. Open cases with Global IM team as required.
  • Respond to user inquiries related to the Applicant Tracking System and Human Management Information System.
  • Assist in general standard reporting requests for HR systems.
  • Periodically review and update procedures to ensure accuracy.
  • Support the Human Resources SharePoint site maintenance and configuration requests.
  • Identify and escalate issues requiring organizational or vendor support.
  • Perform semi-monthly security audits of system users to ensure security and compliance is obtained.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education: High school graduate or equivalent

Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not Applicable

Experience/Skills: Basic knowledge of the HR and IM departments. Basic understanding of technology and system applications. Able to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and changing tasks and priorities. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Tenure: Human Resources Systems Technician II, category 11, requires one year tenure in the Human Resources Systems Technician I, category 12, position with performance that meets or exceeds expectations. Senior Human Resources Systems Technician, category 10, requires one year tenure in the Human Resources Systems Technician II position with performance that meets or exceeds expectations. Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure.

Compensation

Salary Pay Range:
  • Human Resources Systems Technician I (Category 12): $48,387 - $73,549 annually
  • Human Resources Systems Technician II (Category 11): $52,258 - $81,523 annually
  • Senior Human Resources Systems Technician (Category 10): $57,484 - $90,825 annually
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.

In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
