We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist. This position will pay $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
The position is responsible for:
Manages the job application process to include establishing ad campaigns, sourcing and screening job candidates for hourly positions.
Completes hiring process for all new hires to include extending job offers with benefits, checking references and processing pre-employment tests.
Conducts employee orientation and processes new hire paperwork.
Maintains time and attendance system to include enrolling new hires and preparing payroll notes.
Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees; maintains insurance enrollment records, information changes reports, and notifies appropriate parties as needed.
Prepares and/or maintains and file all employment records related to events such as hiring, status changes and terminations.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other related field or equivalent experience and also have 2+ years of office/administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources and recruitment. To be successful in this role the applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office software and previous experience in Paylocity preferred.
