About the role:
Boston Scientific's Human Resources Rotational Development Program (HRDP) is a two-year, early-career program designed for curious, tech-savvy, and forward-thinking individuals who want to build a career in HR. The program is designed to develop HR experience, enhance business acumen, and prepare participants as future HR professionals at Boston Scientific (BSC).
You'll complete three eight-month rotations across the HR function, specifically in HR Operations, Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits), Employee Experience & Culture, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. This exciting opportunity gives you hands-on experience, exposure to how a global company operates, and the chance to explore where your interests and strengths fit best within HR.
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Marlborough, MA office at least three days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.
