Restaurant in Bayamon, PR is currently hiring a proactive and people-focused
HR Representative
to join our team.
Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am to 7:00pm
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources Department.
Process bi-weekly payroll, including payments for tip employees.
Support and promote a strong and positive organizational culture.
Coordinate and manage performance evaluations.
Administer progressive discipline and maintain proper documentation.
Lead recruitment efforts, including interviewing and candidate selection.
Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
Perform employee complaint investigations with confidentiality and professionalism.
Maintain updated HR policies, procedures, and employee files.
Other tasks as related to the position and the well and normal functioning of the business.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Management, or related field.
2+ years of HR experience (restaurant industry preferred).
Experience in recruitment and employee investigations.
Ability to travel between Bayamon and Carolina as needed.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, 10am-7pm.
