The ideal candidate is passionate about human resources, recruiting and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract candidates.
Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate fit and support onboarding processes such as employee orientation.
Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records..
Collaborate with leadership on talent management.
Support HR operations to foster a positive work environment.
Engage in research on industry best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes.
Experience
Proven experience in human resources roles with a focus on recruiting--preferably within fast-paced corporate environments.
Demonstrated expertise in DOT recruiting a plus.
Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance across all HR functions.
Experience working with Paylocity is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with candidates and managers.
Ability to conduct thorough interviewing techniques.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
