Job summary:

The recruiting coordinator is responsible for the administrative and logistical aspects of the hiring process,


including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding. They serve as a primary


point of contact for candidates, manage recruitment-related databases, and help ensure the hiring process is


efficient and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.


Essential functions of the job:


Oversee the development and administration of the following:

Candidate sourcing and screening - Post job openings, review resumes and applications, and

conduct initial screenings/interviews, go to job fairs as required.

Process management - Schedule interviews for hiring managers, coordinate communication

between candidates and hiring managers, and manage the candidate pipeline in ADP.

Onboarding - Conduct background checks, create/distribute offer letters, and other required

onboarding documents.

Reporting and metrics - Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on

the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

Compliance and best practices - Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and

employment laws.

Skills and aptitude required:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong proficiency with Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP a plus) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, and function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Valid Georgia Driver's License.

Education and experience:

At least 2 years experience in Administrative support, HR, and recruiting required.
