Job Description

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, regulatory compliance, and staff training for Willow Grove Recovery. This role ensures the facility maintains a fully staffed, well-trained workforce and meets all state and federal requirements. Key duties include managing the full hiring cycle, conducting background checks, maintaining personnel files, coordinating onboarding and annual trainings, ensuring compliance with Tennessee DMHSAS regulations, and supporting supervisors with policy adherence. The HR Specialist also monitors licensure/credentialing, tracks mandatory trainings, assists with audits, and helps maintain a positive, professional workplace culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
