to lead HR operations, support employee relations, oversee talent management, and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws. This role partners closely with leadership to drive HR strategy and maintain a positive, safe, and compliant workplace culture. The HR Manager also serves as a key leader on the Safety & Wellness Committee.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, job classification, and wage/salary actions.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment regulations.
Manage Workers' Compensation and Unemployment processes and represent the organization at hearings.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and generate HR reports for leadership.
Support employee health, safety, and wellness initiatives through committee leadership.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure HR programs, training, and orientation meet regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years progressive HR experience; 2-3 years in healthcare required.
Strong technical skills with HCM systems and HR databases.
SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
