Corporate Counsel and Project Executive

Location:

Fort Wayne, Indiana

Pay Range:

$90,000 - $110,000



We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates.



Superior is looking for a Human Resources Manager to help lead a broad range of HR initiatives including employee relations, investigations, and new employee onboarding. This position is based on a jobsite in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with travel to other Indiana jobsites as needed to provide support and oversight.


Key Responsibilities




Serve as the primary point of contact for human resources issues in a fast-paced environment Manage employee relations, conduct sensitive investigations, and oversee disciplinary processes Help new employees become "Day 1" ready by driving HR onboarding action items and coordination Run pre-employment checks, including background screenings and verifications Perform data entry and maintain accurate records to support field Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies at the jobsite level in Indiana Maintains oversight of HR documentation and compliance tracking Prepare reports and provide general administrative support to the project leaders

Your Expertise




Required: You have at least 5 years of experience in HR management and compliance Bonus Points: You have earned your Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field Bonus Points: You have experience with OSHA requirements, investigations, and/or labor relations under a collective bargaining agreement
