Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your leadership will ensure our team remains motivated, engaged, and aligned with the company's goals.
Duties
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives to attract and retain top talent
Administer employee benefits programs such as health/dental/vision insurance and paid time off
Ensure compliance with employment laws including FMLA, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation, and labor law standards
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations
Lead performance management initiatives by conducting employee evaluations and facilitating feedback sessions
Handle employee relations issues through effective conflict management and resolution strategies
Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data accuracy and generate reports for senior leadership
Design organization structure improvements and support change management initiatives
Manage payroll processing using Quick books while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Requirements
Proven experience supervising HR teams with strong leadership skills in talent management and organizational design
Deep knowledge of employment law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and HR compliance standards
Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and employee relations to foster a positive work environment
Exceptional communication skills for effective presentation of HR policies and training programs
Ability to analyze data for workforce planning and process improvement purposes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
