Human Resources Key Responsibilities:




Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and orientation. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and retention. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll. Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Serve as a resource for employees and management on HR-related issues and provide guidance on best practices. Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.



Human Resources Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
