What You'll Do:
As an HR Intern, you'll report directly to the Director of Human Resources and focus on project-based work that supports HR initiatives. Responsibilities may include:

• Learning the Foundations of HR: Gain exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
• Project Work: Assist with strategic HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, policy updates, wellness programs, and HR data analysis.
• Event Coordination: Support planning and execution of employee events, training sessions, and recognition programs.
• Process Improvements: Help evaluate and improve existing HR workflows and processes.
• HR Systems: Learn how to navigate and utilize HRIS platforms effectively.
• Support Across Teams: Collaborate with HR team members on various day-to-day tasks and priorities.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a motivated and curious individual who's excited to explore a career in Human Resources. Ideal candidates will have:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A desire to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.

Hourly Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience level
