What you need

Currently pursuing an education in Business Management, HR Management, or Industrial and Organizational Psychology Ability to work 20-30 hours a week Proficient in MS Suite Maintain confidential information Ability to communicate professionally with others Multi-task and meet deadlines Work well individually and in a team environment Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail Ability to innovate and create processes

Maintain employee files and data Onboard and offboard employees Perform audits Assist in the talent acquisition process Assist in administering benefits Complete various federal and state compliance tasks Interpret and communicate company policy Attend college career fairs and other recruitment opportunities Promote company culture Occasional Short Travel
