Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Human Resources Intern

to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various areas of HR including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with full-cycle recruiting activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and maintaining employee records. Help organize employee engagement initiatives and company events. Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy. Participate in HR meetings and contribute to process improvement projects. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus. Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
