Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Generalist and become a vital driver of our organization's people strategy! In this energetic role, you'll lead a wide range of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to benefits administration and compliance in a manufacturing setting for 2 local facilities!

Duties

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS platforms. Oversee effective workforce management strategies. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. Facilitate employee relations by addressing workplace concerns promptly, managing conflict resolution efforts, and supporting positive employee engagement initiatives. Support organizational design and change management projects that align HR strategies with business objectives. Maintain accurate HRIS data, manage contracts, and perform regular data collection for reporting purposes. Coordinate training & development programs to enhance skills across teams while promoting a culture of continuous learning. Assist with project management tasks related to HR initiatives such as diversity programs or HR sourcing strategies.

Experience

Proven experience in human resources management or a related field with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS systems. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning. Hands-on experience with HR software platforms. Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
