Job Description

The HR/Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processes and supporting human resources functions within the manufacturing industry. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of payroll systems and HR practices.

  • Process and manage payroll operations accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including health benefits, PTO, and 401k management.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee training initiatives.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR and payroll operations.

A successful HR/Payroll Specialist should have:
