The Position
The HR Generalist is a mission critical role within the organization. This individual supports the Human Resources department by assisting with a wide range of functions that ensure smooth and effective HR operations. This role works closely under the direction of the Director of Human Resources and/or Human Resources Manager, taking on assigned tasks and projects to meet the needs of both employees and leadership. Additional duties as needed.
Responsibilities
Provide support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement.
Support recruitment efforts by maintaining the company's Indeed account, coordinating with the Indeed account manager, and assisting with job postings as needed.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, files, and documentation.
Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs.
Assist with benefits administration and coordination with external partners.
Partner with managers and employees to support HR initiatives and streamline processes.
Help coordinate employee training and company culture initiatives.
Maintain Company Swag inventories and systems.
Manage the department's dedicated phone line, ensuring timely and professional responses to all inquiries.
Contribute to special projects and other HR-related assignments as directed.
Completing documentation and communications as assigned.
Qualifications
1-3 years of HR experience preferred, or equivalent administrative/HR support background.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Familiarity with HR software Rippling & Company systems.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
