Responsibilities

Managing the staffing process (recruiting, interviewing, hiring/terminating and onboarding) Provide performance management strategies to coach employees on Amazon standards Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations Process requests from EDD, Worker 's Compensation , child support and garnishments Monitor the progress and work of back-end HR support
Qualifications

Ability to multitask and manage a variety of processes at the same time Ability to effectively discern and select quality Delivery Associate candidates Ability to create a culture of diversity, collaboration, and teamwork 7pm-9:30 PM required at least 2 - 3 days per week, Flexible with the rest of your hours) 4 - 5 days a week Part -time (25-30 hours per week) Job Location: Orland, Ca 95963 Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work ( Required )
