What You'll Do:

Oversee all aspects of human resources management at the facility Tasks include recruitment support, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration Provide leadership with a hands-on approach Thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment

What you'll Need:

Must be 21 years or older Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources is required Long-Term Care or Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required
