Job Summary

The Human Resource Generalist supports a wide range of HR functions across the organization and serves as a key resource for employees and management. Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance support, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Administer employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations to support performance management initiatives. Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and other employee benefits programs. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, and OSHA standards. Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies and foster a positive work environment. Support change management initiatives. Administer training & development programs to promote continuous learning and professional growth among staff. Conduct payroll processing using Paylocity system. l

Skills

Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law compliance. Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and managing employee relations. Ability to manage benefits administration processes and payroll systems efficiently. Skilled in conflict management, change management strategies, and performance management frameworks.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment SHRM-CP or SPHR certification preferred Experience with Paylocity a plus

Pay: $54,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
