As Human Resources Coordinator, you will:

Oversee all aspects of the HR department, including payroll, recruiting, hiring, and employee engagement and retention Support department managers with personnel matters and team development Ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied in all situations Recruit, pre-screen, hire, and onboard new employees Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment

The ideal candidate will have:

Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) in HR, Business, or related field (professional experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree) 2+ years of HR/Payroll experience required (healthcare preferred) Prior HR/Payroll experience in skilled nursing strongly preferred PHR/SPHR certification a plus Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
