Key Responsibilities:

HR File & Records Management Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Onboarding & New Hire Coordination Facilitate a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they feel supported from day one. Recruitment & Candidate Communication Serve as a key point of contact for applicants and hiring managers, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process. Employee Engagement & HR Support Assist with HR processes, employee engagement activities, and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture. Confidentiality & Compliance Handle sensitive HR information with discretion and ensure adherence to company policies and employment regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

? HR Knowledge - Familiarity with Human Resources policies, procedures, and best practices.



? Customer Service & Communication - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.



? Organizational Excellence - High attention to detail with strong time management and administrative skills.



? Professionalism & Discretion - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.



? Bilingual Skills a Plus - Conversational Spanish is beneficial but not required.
