Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in our HR functions. Duties/Requirements



Facilitate talent acquisition processes by sourcing candidates through ATS platforms such as Indeed, coordinate interviews; and assist with onboarding activities including employee orientation. Manage employee records with precision using the agency's record systems. Assist in performance management initiatives by scheduling evaluations and collecting feedback. Promote positive employee relations through conflict management strategies; facilitate communication between staff and management; and support employee engagement activities aligned with organizational goals. Contribute to compliance efforts by maintaining knowledge of employment law (including OSHA regulations), affirmative action planning, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred. Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR environments. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and workers' compensation procedures. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or UltiPro; familiarity with ATS systems like iCIMS or Taleo is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal--to effectively engage with staff at all levels. Demonstrated ability in project management, change management strategies, and organization design initiatives. Proficiency in data collection, data entry accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Strong interpersonal skills for conflict resolution and fostering positive employee relations.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week

Work Location: In person
