Job Description

AdvanceCare Health Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support HR functions within the Human Resource Department. We are looking for an individual with basic knowledge of HR concepts, that possesses a high level of energy coupled with great attention to detail. This is an entry-level position and there will be on-the-job training.

Duties involve onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel files, orienting new employees, and more. This is an entry-level position and there will be on-the-job training.

This is a full-time work-from-home position.

You must have high-speed internet

and to have a 27" or larger monitor, keyboard & mouse for use with our company laptop. (If you live within a 1-hour drive of the office, we can loan you a monitor, keyboard & mouse as well as the laptop).

Duties:

Assists in the hiring process by ensuring candidates complete the pre-employment screens Administer pre-employment tests and background screen requests Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions Orienting new employees to the organization Preparing new employee files Maintaining current HR files and databases Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data Ensuring background and reference checks Assists in maintaining confidential human resources records. Ensures compliance in various self-audit Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures Support training and development initiatives for staff members Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned and as needed.

Knowledge of office computer applications Must possess personal qualities related to respect for the rights and confidentiality of others. Must possess a high level of skill in communication, both written and verbal.
