Position Summary
Serves as SME providing HR support to employees/managers on engagement, retention, benefits, leaves, and investigations. Administers HR policies, collects/maintains HR data, and supports process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
Train and coach managers, monitor engagement, prepare reports, guide on performance management.
Resolve disputes, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with laws and ADOR policies.
Leave & ADA
Administer FMLA, LOA, Jury Duty, Bereavement in coordination with employees, managers, and payroll.
Policy Administration
Draft, implement, interpret, and train on personnel policies. Ensure fair application and track exceptions.
Project Management
Lead/participate in cross-functional projects. Manage timelines, metrics, documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications.
Benefits Liaison
Administer benefits/wellness programs, ensure ACA compliance, and support communications.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Stay current on laws and best practices. Participate in training, huddles, coaching, and Lean/AMS improvement.
