Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Human Resources Consultant Intern in our Raleigh, NC location. This intern will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the HR world with real-life initiatives, projects and resume boosting experience within a Fortune 500 company.

• Raleigh Hub- 1101 Shiloh Glenn Drive, Morrisville, NC 27560
• Duration: May 2026 - August 2026
• Hours: Part-time May 2026 (17.5 hours/week), Full-time June 2026 - August 2026 (40 hours/week)
• Work Model: Hybrid, 3-4 days/week in office
• Sponsorship: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT, CPT), relocation, or visa support to work in the United States now or in the future.

What do you get to do in this position?
The HR Consultant Intern will assist the HR Consultant Team with strategic project work, reporting, people data analysis, employee relations and process improvements. Additionally, they will support the Raleigh Hub local employee engagement team with special events.
This role will provide valuable exposure and experience within HR.

• Assist with On-Boarding/Orientation for New Hires (HR Local Policies, Benefits Process, Security Badge)
• Partner on local employee engagement activities
• Partner on process improvement projects
• Manage local communications to managers & employees
• Assist employees with general HR related questions
• Assist HR team in day to day activities

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22.50 - $26.00 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs.
The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
