To consult and provide human resources services and guidance within assigned county teams, utilizing best practices, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities will include providing support in areas related to organizational development, change management, recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, compensation and classification, diversity and inclusion, compliance, and benefits in accordance with state and federal law, labor contracts, Human Resources department rules, goals, and objectives; and perform related duties as assigned.
