Position Overview



We are looking for an organized, people-focused HR & Culture Assistant who will support daily HR operations while helping shape an engaging and inspiring employee experience. This role combines classic HR assistant responsibilities with culture-building initiatives to foster a warm, energetic, and productive office environment.

Key Responsibilities



HR Support



Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication) Support onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain and update employee records Help prepare offer letters, HR forms, and internal communications Coordinate training sessions and employee development activities Support payroll and benefits administration tasks (as needed)

Culture & Workplace Engagement



Help plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs Create a welcoming office environment (greet visitors, maintain common areas, organize small celebrations) Gather feedback to improve employee morale and engagement Promote company values and support internal branding initiatives Assist in creating internal newsletters, communications, or social content highlighting team culture

Office Support



Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and vendor communication Assist executives and team leads with administrative tasks Help maintain a clean, inspiring, and organized workspace

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field 1+ year of HR or office administration experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Energetic, positive, and proactive attitude Passion for people, team culture, and creating a fun, supportive workplace Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
