Human Resources Assistant

in our Holdrege, Nebraska office.

Job Summary

Provides administrative support to HR Manager in compliance with HR policies and procedures including: hiring, on-boarding, applicant tracking system administration, processing personnel and payroll changes, and maintenance of HR filing systems and databases, skilled trade recruiting.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' recent office or administrative experience HS Diploma/GED, some college a plus Current knowledge of computer software including WORD, EXCEL, Outlook Strong interpersonal and team building skills Proficient organizational, planning, and communication (written/verbal) skills Ability to prioritize tasks Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test, background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
