We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated
Human Resources Assistant
to join our team!
In this role, you will support
upper management
with daily HR operations including employee onboarding, attendance tracking, benefits coordination, and company programs. You'll help ensure smooth and compliant HR processes that support our employees and overall company success.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to
upper management
on HR-related matters
Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance records
Verify, correct, and input employee time adjustments as needed
Assist with job applications, interview scheduling, and conduct in-processing of new hires
Coordinate pre-employment and random drug tests
Assist with employee benefits enrollment and related HR programs
Maintain and update employee files and digital HR databases
Prepare and issue disciplinary notices as directed by management
Track and assist with probationary and annual performance evaluations
Process application and renewals for DBIDS credentials
Maintain accurate records of issued and expired DBIDS credentials
Process and record employee leave requests
Support HR-related events, including monthly birthday celebrations, retirements, and employee engagement activities
Handle general HR correspondence, internal memos, and solicitation responses
Additional duties may be assigned and discussed at a later time.
Qualifications
Previous HR or administrative experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Dependable, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Requirements
Valid Driver's License (
Required
)
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Flexible availability for HR activities and events
