We are seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team! The DHHS Service Center prides itself in having a positive work environment, full of motivated and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy assisting the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) employees. This position will focus on assisting the DHHS Lead EEO Coordinator with Family and Medical Leave (FML) and the transition of FML to a rolling calendar year.
If you are detail-oriented with superior organizational skills, have a willingness to learn, and meet the minimum requirements listed below, then we are looking for you!
Minimum Qualifications:
Education, training, and/or experience which provides a basic knowledge and understanding of human resource functions.
Preferred candidates will possess the following:
o Knowledge of FML
o Experience with inputting data, updating, and maintaining information
o Knowledge of basic human resources administration policies, procedures, and practices
o Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements
