We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in recruitment support, scheduling interviews, onboarding, payroll assistant, responding to employee questions. As an administrative assistance, candidate will help ensure the smooth operation of our medical facility, providing essential support to both patients and healthcare professionals. This position requires a strong understanding of patient care processes, and administrative tasks within various settings, including in clinic and office.
Duties
Assist in recruitment, scheduling interviews, and onboarding, employee records, payroll and benefits, employee relations.
Help built company culture and team morale.
Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, addressing inquiries as needed.
Provide front office support in clinic as needed and directed from time to time.
Collaborate with medical staff and assist Director of Operations.
Experience
Previous experience in administrative work / HR or in a similar role is a plus.
Familiarity with multi-location practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
