Job Description

This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources Director as needed, including but not limited to record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.


SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs customer service functions including answering and/or redirecting employee requests and questions Assists with onboarding and off boarding processes Assists with processes pertaining to Open Enrollment Basic office work Assists with preparation of Human Resources reporting Prepares purchase orders for Human Resource office Assists HR Director/employees with various HRIS issues, entries, changes

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills Working understanding of Human Resources principles, practices and procedures Excellent time management skills Ability to keep all information extremely confidential Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
