Key Responsibilities

• Culture & Engagement

• Champion initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
• Serve as a trusted partner to leadership in maintaining a people-first culture.
• Learning & Development

• Design and implement training, career development, and professional growth programs tailored to the firm's team members.
• Build career tracks that support advancement, retention, and succession planning.
• Talent Acquisition & Retention

• Lead recruiting efforts, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and integration.
• Develop strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent in alignment with the firm's long-term goals.
• HR & Compliance

• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and industry-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Qualifications

• Proven HR leadership experience, ideally within a professional services or financial services environment.
• Strong background in culture-building, learning & development, and talent acquisition.
• Solid knowledge of HR compliance and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior leadership in a part-time capacity.
