Work you\'ll do

A Workforce Strategies Specialist Master will be a key leader in the growth of our learning practice. In this role you will:

  • Deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects
  • Lead the development of business and vendor relationships
  • Lead pursuit teams focuses on new opportunities and lead major aspects of the proposal development process
  • Develop financial plans for projects
  • Lead day-to-day interactions with executive clients and Deloitte team
  • Establish relationships in strategic client positions; negotiate, lead, and facilitate these relationships
  • Display both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues
  • Provide counseling/coaching, leadership and support for teams
  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with client

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology or a related discipline
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • 10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • 10 years in a technical or functional leadership role
  • Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
  • Experience mentoring and coaching others, managing senior level client relationships, and presenting to client or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Experience growing the business, inclusive of pre-sales, proposal and RFP experience
  • Prior instructional design or training development experience
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
  • Ability to learn new technology and translate technical information into easy-to-understand communications and training
  • Understanding of training development and system design lifecycle and phases
