Title: Compliance Specialist HUD

Rampart/Wurth Holding, Inc, a top leader in the property management business currently has an opening for HUD Compliance Specialist.

Main duties include:

Maintain accurate records Review files for compliance approval or corrections Scan and enter documents into Intranet Verify compliance information is entered into Yardi correctly Review files on-site prior to audits by agencies, state, third parties Complete compliance reports, as needed Attend audits, as needed Clerical duties such as answering and handling incoming calls, organizing and filing all applicable paperwork Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for this position include:

High school education or equivalent is required

At least one year of HUD compliance experience required Must have computer knowledge Must have working knowledge of HUD 4350.3, EIV/TRACS, MOR, and Fair Housing Regulations Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification required Valid Driver's License
