We are seeking a highly skilled
HRSD Analyst with strong ServiceNow expertise
to support our HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) in analyzing business needs, designing workflows, and delivering effective HR Service Delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and configuring HRSD, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to partner with cross-functional HR teams to drive process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR COEs to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HRSD features, workflows, and enhancements.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow HRSD.
Configure, implement, and support HR Service Delivery modules including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and HR Lifecycle Events.
Design, optimize, and automate HR workflows and service processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Partner with technical teams to ensure proper integration and alignment with HR operations, data models, and system architecture.
Conduct impact assessments, create user stories, and support Agile ceremonies throughout the development lifecycle.
Perform end-to-end testing (UAT, functional, regression) to ensure successful HRSD releases.
Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support for HRSD solutions.
Ensure adherence to HR governance, data privacy, and security standards.
Required Qualifications
4+ years
of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst.
2+ years
of hands-on experience with
ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
.
Strong knowledge of
HRSD architecture
, capabilities, and best practices.
Proven experience configuring HRSD components, including HR Services, HR Case & Knowledge, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
Ability to create detailed requirements, process flows, technical specifications, and design documentation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
is
mandatory
.
Preferred Skills
Experience with integrations between HRSD and Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HRIS platforms.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and HR operations.
Ability to drive continuous improvement and recommend process enhancements.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
