Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR/ Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. Our organization is in the financial industry and we're looking for the ideal candidate to provide oversight on multiple entities. The successful candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset with focus on improving efficiency, driving business development, and ensuring profitability. This role includes H/R duties and payroll processing for the organization and is pivotal in shaping the direction of our operations and requires a hands-on approach to managing teams and projects.

Duties



Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations. Enhance systems, processes, and best practices. Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department. Ensure organizational processes comply with legal regulations and standards. Uphold health and safety guidelines and enforce compliance with W/C and OSHA requirements. Monitors employee and team performance, offering coaching, training, and feedback for improvement. Handle budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet strategic goals. Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational objectives. Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Negotiate contracts for favorable pricing with suppliers and vendors. Optimize business travel processes, secure corporate rates, automate expense reports, and ensure compliance. Implement quality assurance measures for products/services and monitor production KPIs. Enhance customer service quality and satisfaction. Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities and cost savings. Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Oversee staffing plans, recruitment, onboarding and training. Process bi-weekly payroll, collect and maintain employee data, including 1099 vendor documents. Report on operational efficiency and quality standards. Foster innovation and productivity through effective communication. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Integrate new technologies and business processes as needed. Maintain service operations to ensure sustainability. Develop conflict-resolution programs and lead conflict-management practices. Perform additional duties as needed or as required.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree with experience working in operations or a master's degree in business administration with working experience in cap funding. Proven experience in management roles with a focus on operations or project management. Experience with CRM, Microsoft, Outlook, and marketing through social media. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to execute complex initiatives effectively. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising diverse teams. Knowledge of profit & loss management principles and financial analysis techniques. Experience in business development strategies that drive revenue growth. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred. Payroll processing efficiency in an electronic environment. HR experience that includes the preparation of employee handbooks, with updates as required by the organization, state, and federal law. Handle W/C and OSHA reporting as per guidelines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to multi-task and complete deadline-oriented projects timely. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
