Overview


Essential Functions:

Screening walk-ins

Onboarding and offboarding.

Organize and maintain personnel records both paper and electronic.

Create and submit weekly reports.

Responsible for employee relations.

Answer employee's questions about HR related issues

Responsible for bi-weekly payroll



Other administrative duties

Qualifications & Experience:

3-5 years related work experience and/or education.

BI-LINGUAL SPANISH / ENGLISH REQUIRED



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

BI-LINGUAL SPANISH / ENGLISH REQUIRED



Ability to organize, prioritizes daily work, and maintains strict confidentiality

Working knowledge of HRIS systems, ATS systems, MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

Salary $17- $20 per hour
