Position Overview



We're seeking a proactive

HR/Office Manager

to manage office operations, human resources functions, and caregiver scheduling. This multifaceted role ensures smooth administrative processes and consistent, quality care delivery.

What You'll Do:



HR & Recruiting



Screen, interview, and onboard candidates Administer background checks and ensure employee compliance Maintain employee files and HRIS records with confidentiality Manage benefits administration, PTO tracking, and HR policy updates Coordinate training, performance reviews, and in?service education Serve as HR point?person for employee relations and conflict resolution

Office & Administrative Management



Maintain an efficient, organized office environment Order and manage office and caregiver supplies Ensure accurate documentation for state licensing and audits

Caregiver Scheduling & Coordination



Build and maintain weekly caregiver schedules to ensure full client coverage Adjust schedules in response to absences, emergencies, or client needs Match caregiver skills and availability with client requirements Monitor clock?in/out compliance and assist payroll with timekeeping data Communicate schedule changes proactively to caregivers and clients

Compensation & Benefits



$45,000-$55,000?/?year

Qualifications



3+ years combined experience in HR and office administration (healthcare/home care preferred) Proficient in caregiver scheduling software (e.g. AxisCare, ClearCare, alike) Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Working knowledge of employment law, benefits, and record-keeping High level of integrity, discretion, and client/caregiver focus
