We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HRMS Specialist to assist in the maintenance, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Workday, Hunt's Human Resource Management System (HRMS). This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of our HR technology ecosystem, maintaining data integrity, and driving process improvements across the organization.
As one of two in-house Workday experts, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
System Administration and Configuration Support
Collaborate with HR and other key internal stakeholders to document, design, configure, and test changes to workflows in assigned Workday modules.
Operate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned Workday modules.
Manage security roles and assignments, user permissions, and access controls to maintain system integrity and compliance.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage regression testing for biannual Workday releases.
Training and User Support
Partner with Learning & Development (L&D) team to design and deliver training programs to empower HR and other department staff to effectively utilize the HRMS.
Manage queue of reported issues from users, functioning as Tier 1 technical support for troubleshooting user-reported issues.
Collaborate with the Workday vendor for advanced technical support and issue resolution when necessary.
Optimization and Reporting
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system workflows for greater efficiency.
Develop and maintain customized reports, dashboards, and analytics to support workforce planning, compliance, and performance management.
Stay informed on Workday updates, trends, and best practices, recommending system enhancements to maximize functionality.
Ensure all HRMS processes align with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements, including data privacy laws and labor regulations.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years proven experience with Workday HCM platform, including the Recruiting and Talent Optimization modules.
Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, including payroll, benefits administration, and talent management.
Proficiency in HR data reporting and analysis, with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, API integrations, or SQL.
Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., FLSA, EEOC, GDPR).
Hands-on experience with system configurations, data migration, integrations, and automation in an HRMS environment.
Help Desk experience is preferred.

Pay Range:
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
