Job Description


Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Manage and optimize HRIS processes and workflows
- Develop and implement data security protocols to protect sensitive employee information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS users
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HRIS Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Proficient in SQL and other database query languages
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases, virtualization, DNS, firewalls, and IT infrastructure
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Jenkins is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits:
