Job description

ROLE

The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in the organization by ensuring efficient operation of the HR technology applications. The HRIS Analyst is involved in implementation and configuration, including integrations, maintaining the system, implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality, training functional and end users, and analyzing and reporting on the data in the HR technology platforms. This role serves as the technical point-of-contact and system subject matter expert for ensuring data integrity, configuration, testing of system changes, report authoring and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Human resource information systems (HRIS) analysts oversee databases, software, and computer systems that companies use to manage their human resources. Their duties include analyzing HRIS systems, monitoring performance, and resolving issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate processing of New Hires, Terminations, and other internal movement within the HRIS system.
  • Maintain HRIS database integrity and reconciliation of internal/external data.
  • Validate and audit employee master data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Work closely with other internal/external parties to obtain data timely.
  • Consulting with HR managers and other departments to determine HRIS needs.
  • Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues.
  • Process and perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and transfers.
  • Maintain confidentiality on all reports and personnel information.
  • Monitor team mailbox and highlight aging request to team members
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Provides quality customer service and resolution in response to complex inquiries, incidents, elevated service inquiries or escalations made via phone, chat or e-mail from employees
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
  • Demonstrated ability performing group data updates, data manipulation, exports, imports, clean-ups, and research/reports on data discrepancies
  • Demonstrated ability to create and run reports and prepare data analytics
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, with strong focus in Excel required
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience is required. Degree in computer science/ information systems/HR management/Business Administration preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS analyst in a related industry
  • Proficiency in HRM software, such as SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to work with competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
