The student will collaborate with the HR team to assist in tracking recruitment, retention, and employee performance trends. Additionally, the role may involve assisting in the development and implementation of datadriven HR strategies and preparing visual presentations of HR findings to assist leadership in making informed decisions.
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a degree program, with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. A strong understanding of data analysis principles, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) preferred. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills are essential.
