The Position:



The HRBP Manager, reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, has a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives and providing impactful support across multiple locations. This role formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

This position works Monday through Friday, from 8am-5pm.

The compensation for this position is $115K-$115K/year, depending on experience.



Your Day-to-Day:



Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce. Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their client group Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance Lead initiatives that enhance and build upon our strong organizational culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development. Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of a company on HR issues Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. In conjunction with the Director of Employee Relations, attract, develop and retain high performing, diverse talent within the business; build future leaders through mentoring and serving as a role model. Provide leadership and oversight of assigned HRBPs; develop and communicate clear goals and expectations for assigned staff; provide ongoing training and development opportunities. Actively leads meetings and effectively communicates department goals and company-wide information. Performs other duties as assigned. Ability to travel as needed.

What You Bring to the Table"

Bachelor's degree in human resource management, industrial relations, business administration, or similar. Master's Degree preferred. May substitute 8+ years of directly related experience in lieu of degrees. HR professional certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) strongly desired. A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of managing complex employee relations issues with a working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines. Minimum of two (2) years of management experience preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in all Microsoft business applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Human Capital Management systems preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly desired. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
