Job Description


The HR/Administrative Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day coordination of HR and Administrative processes, programs and projects including but not limited to recruiting support for external and internal openings, assisting with maintaining the HRIS system, and supporting Executive Leadership in creating and maintaining report spreadsheets, documents, forms, websites and other administrative responsibilities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media.
  • Screen, contact and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
  • Perform background checks as required and other hiring requirements.
  • Participate in recruiting events (Virtual and In-Person Job Fairs and Campus events).
  • Coordinate associate recognition activities (Anniversary cards, Length of Service Milestones).
  • Contribute to and maintain accurate HRIS data.
  • Create and generate HR reports as required.
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, transferring the caller to the appropriate person or processing the caller\xe2\x80\x99s request.
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail and packages; prepare priority mailings as required.
  • Maintain records and files in accordance with state and federal laws.
  • Support Executive Leadership in various projects, including: spreadsheets, presentations, reports.
  • Perform general office administrative work.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to meet business goals and objectives.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits:

Education:
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
  • Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Office Administration: 2 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Word: 2 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)
